What You’ll Do: Champion Our Clients : Represent clients in Immigration Courts, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), and federal courts. Craft Powerful Arguments : Prepare and draft immigration benefit petitions and applications, advocating for your clients’ best interests. Strategic Counsel : Advise clients on potential pathways to immigration relief and tailor strategies to secure favorable outcomes. Conduct In-Depth Legal Research : Dive into case law, regulations, and statutes to build strong, well-researched cases in support of asylum, waivers, family-based applications, and more. Collaborate Across the Firm : Work with our team of attorneys and partners to craft solutions that move clients’ cases forward efficiently. Handle Complex Cases : Represent clients in all aspects of immigration law, including family-based petitions, consular processing, federal litigation, and more. What We’re Looking For: Detail-Oriented Excellence : A sharp eye for detail and an ability to manage complex cases with accuracy. Experience in Immigration Law : Previous immigration law experience is a must. You’re ready to hit the ground running. Client-Centered Focus : You know how to build rapport, empathize, and communicate effectively with clients from all walks of life. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills : You thrive on developing creative legal arguments and strategies. Exceptional Communication : Both written and verbal communication are your strong suits. Self-Starter : You take initiative, work independently, and manage a full caseload with ease. Passion for Immigration Law : You’re dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of people facing difficult challenges in the immigration system. Preferred Qualifications: Active bar admission (MO, DC, CA, or any state). Familiarity with criminal proceedings and related legal documents. Strong legal analysis and advocacy skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Salary : $70,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
