Senior Trial Paralegal - Costa Mesa, CA
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in all phases of civil litigation, including personal injury matters. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of litigation and trial experience, excellent research and communication skills, and a strong understanding of legal procedures in both state and federal courts. Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys through all stages of litigation: case preparation, discovery, trial, and post-trial activities Organize and manage complex litigation files and case databases Draft, revise, and file pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties Prepare and file legal documents with courts and relevant agencies Conduct investigations and gather evidence to support litigation cases Manage e-discovery and document production using litigation support software Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders Track litigation deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules Liaise with court personnel, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses Assist in trial preparation and coordinate trial logistics Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program Minimum 5 years of experience in civil litigation; personal injury experience is a plus Proficiency in legal research tools, electronic discovery platforms, and litigation software In-depth knowledge of state and federal court rules and filing procedures Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Pay/Benefits:
