Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C., a nationally recognized, fast-growing business law firm, is expanding in Texas - and we’re looking for a skilled Securities Litigation & Regulatory Associate Attorney (6–10 years of experience) to join our dynamic teams in the Lonestar state.
This is a rare opportunity for an attorney who is not only a
strong technical litigator
but also an independent thinker, self-starter, and problem-solver . We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and is eager to contribute meaningfully from day one. What You'll Do: Work alongside some of the top securities litigators in the country on high-stakes, complex matters that shape the financial services landscape. Tackle sophisticated commercial, business, and securities litigation matters. Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, and regulatory proceedings before the SEC, FINRA, and state agencies. Serve as a trusted advisor to financial services clients on litigation, compliance, and regulatory issues. Draft persuasive, high-level motions, briefs, and memoranda. Collaborate with a team in a supportive, dynamic, and friendly environment. What We Need You to Bring: 6–10 years
of relevant experience in securities, business litigation, and banking law JD
from an accredited law school;
licensed
and in
good standing
in
Texas . Demonstrable and proven and arbitration experience — this is a must! Strong working knowledge of
SEC, FINRA, RIA , and
