Private School and young adult program in Downingtown, Pennsylvania serving children and young adults with autism seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young adults with autism. This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced BCBA who wants to maintain a hands on presence with those they serve.
Exempt Position
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst is responsible for the provision of:
Staff training and evaluation
Individual student assessment
Curriculum development
Development and supervision of behavior support programs
Monitoring of student performance / data analysis
On site supervision of instructional programming including travel and overnight stays during student/client trips.
Provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST)
Facilitate natural environment training

The BCBA will serve as supervisor to direct interventionist team, but also provides direct instruction and support to individual students and back up to staff in the community. The BCBA collaborates with the clinical team to design individual and functionally determined behavioral interventions in both functional skill acquisition and the reduction / replacement of problematic behavior. The BCBA leads team meetings, IEP meetings and collaborates with families.
