In this role, you will work directly with
children on the autism spectrum , providing the specialized support they need to thrive. You won't just be managing cases; you will be the architect of meaningful change. You’ll lead a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, person-centered therapy that prioritizes the dignity, autonomy, and long‑term happiness of the children and families we serve.
What You’ll Do
Individualized Care:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence‑based treatment plans tailored to the unique strengths and needs of
children with autism .
Mentor:
Provide high‑quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs, fostering a culture of clinical excellence and professional growth.
Collaborate:
Work closely with families to provide caregiver training, ensuring that progress extends beyond the clinic and into the home and community.
Innovate:
Utilize data‑driven insights to pivot strategies, ensuring every child reaches their unique milestones.
Advocate:
Act as a clinical voice for your clients in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations.
Who You Are
Credentialed:
You hold a current
BCBA certification
in good standing and are licensed in the state of Michigan.
Empathetic:
You understand that behind every data point is a child and a family navigating a complex journey.
Communicator:
You can translate complex behavioral concepts into actionable, easy‑to‑understand guidance for parents.
Ethical:
You are committed to the BACB Ethics Code and prioritize "compassionate care" over rigid compliance.
