Full Time Printing 12 Aug 2025 Key Responsibilities: Machine Operation Set up and run the KBA litho press according to job specifications. Load paper, adjust feeder settings, and ensure correct ink/water balance. Monitor colour quality and register throughout production. Quality Control Conduct press checks and adjust settings to maintain print quality. Inspect printed sheets for defects such as smudging, misregistration, or colour variation. Maintenance Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance of the press. Identify and report mechanical or technical issues. Production Efficiency Work to achieve daily production targets with minimal waste. Record production data, including run times, waste, and material usage.
