Overview
Sales Executive, LoopNet Key Accounts Inside Sales, you will play a critical role in driving new client acquisition and expanding our footprint within the commercial real estate market. This role is centered on outbound prospecting and strategic engagement with larger accounts, including both existing clients and new opportunities not currently partnered with LoopNet. You’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, setting up demos/account reviews, and positioning LoopNet’s digital marketing solutions to meet the unique needs of high-value clients.
This position includes occasional travel to your assigned market, typically a few times per year, to deepen relationships and gain firsthand insight into client goals and challenges. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial outreach through onboarding and beyond. This is a high-impact role for a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients succeed through data-driven marketing strategies.
We provide all new Sales Executives with comprehensive training designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the commercial real estate industry. This training will ensure you feel confident and prepared to have meaningful conversations with prospects/clients and drive results. Our goal is to provide you with all the tools you need to succeed, while offering continuous support and ongoing learning opportunities as you grow in your role.
In this position, you will work Monday through Friday in an office setting, collaborating with a supportive team of professionals. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values open communication, teamwork, and client success.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with prospects daily through a strategic mix of outbound calls and personalized emails.
Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential accounts - both current clients and new prospects - into sales opportunities.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of LoopNet’s digital marketing solutions to clearly articulate value and align offerings with client goals.
Document all client interactions in the CRM with detailed notes to support seamless follow-up and collaboration across sales teams.
Travel into your assigned market a few times per year to meet with top clients and prospects, strengthen relationships, and gain market insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on product updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Basic Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
Prior experience in a quota-carrying, revenue-generating role.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles, consistently achieving targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
Ability to travel a few times per year to build relationships, foster trust, enable better communication, and enhance the overall client experience.
A track record of commitment to prior employers.
Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.
Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls and emails daily.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
Strong organizational and time-management skills; coachable and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various virtual meeting communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial real estate experience.
