Position Overview: As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. The goal is to build long-lasting, service-focused relationships and demonstrate return on investment using our analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will leverage CoStar Group’s knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio by prospecting, studying industry trends, and conducting product demonstrations. Training and onboarding include classroom and field sessions to build product and industry credibility. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management – Use consultative sales methods to build client relationships and drive advertising revenue as a trusted advisor on marketing plans. Business Development – Prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business. Teamwork – Partner with LoopNet and CoStar teams to drive sales revenue. Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, commercial real estate trends, and your market territory. Customer Focus – Deliver outstanding customer support through regular communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve goals. Travel – Build relationships through regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and may extend beyond the driving radius of the office location. Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. 4+ years of full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial securities, business intelligence or data & analytics. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record check prior to start. Preferred Qualifications: Success in building long-term relationships with clients at senior/C-Suite levels. Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics. Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
