For over 30 years, MTech Systems has provided cutting-edge enterprise data solutions for all aspects of the live poultry operations cycle. We offer solutions in Business Intelligence, Live Production Accounting, Production Planning, and Remote Data Management—all through an integrated system. Our applications support businesses on six continents in over 50 countries. MTech has built an international reputation for equipping customers with the power to utilize comprehensive data to maximize profitability.
With over 250 employees globally, MTech Systems has main offices in Mexico, the United States, and Brazil, with additional resources in key markets around the world. Our USA headquarters is in Atlanta, Georgia and houses approximately 90 team members in a casual, collaborative environment. Job Summary We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join the HR team. We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent while upholding global recruiting standards. The role blends strategic sourcing, hands-on recruitment, and a data-driven mindset to build diverse pipelines and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Responsibilities and Duties
Global process & standards:
Collaborate with HR teams in other offices to apply a consistent recruitment process, documentation, and SLAs.
Diverse pipeline building:
Improve representation across all funnel stages; leverage referrals, communities, and partnerships.
Full-cycle recruiting:
Source, screen, and interview candidates; assess qualifications and present calibrated shortlists.
Offer & compliance:
Draft offers, manage background checks, and ensure timely, compliant correspondence throughout the process.
Employer branding:
Execute campaigns and content that attract passive candidates and reinforce MTech as an employer of choice.
External partnerships:
Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and diversity networks to expand reach.
Candidate advocacy:
Serve as a trusted point of contact; maintain clear, timely communication to elevate candidate experience.
Onboarding handoff:
Coordinate with HR to plan and deliver a smooth first-week onboarding for new hires.
Data & reporting:
Track and report KPIs (time-to-slate, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diverse-slate %); recommend improvements.
Tools & hygiene:
Maintain accurate ATS records and requisition data; uphold data privacy and hiring compliance.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on IT roles.
Proficient in crafting and utilizing Boolean search strings for sourcing candidates.
Fluent Spanish required (written and spoken).
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
Analytical, metrics-oriented approach; proficiency with recruiting analytics and reporting.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions/projects in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Familiarity with ATS/HRIS (e.g., Workday or similar) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards).
