Position Summary

We are looking for a strong leader to help build and scale Walmart Fulfillment Services' (WFS) business. In this role you will help shape our product strategy, designing and prioritizing solutions that enhance our value proposition for sellers and drive meaningful bottom-line returns on our P&L. The ideal candidate will have great problem-solving skills, will be extremely comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and will have exceptional analytical skills (SQL, etc.). Leads the development and execution of advanced analytics to address unique business and technical problems and support data-driven decision making. Makes strategic recommendations to cross-functional leadership based on analysis results, and influences roadmap prioritization of partner teams. Owns complex projects end-to-end for a business area; manages risks associated with implementation. Develops data models (algorithms, approaches) for complex projects within a business area to drive business results and value. Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance. Competencies

Option 1: Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years\' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
