Financial Manager

Responsibilities: Develop a long-term finance strategy for the company and align with senior leadership's future finance capabilities and digital cloud solutions with more digital capabilities and ERP & EPM enablement. Lead end-to-end business process revamp projects, analyze existing processes, identify pain points, and develop innovative solutions to streamline operations. Implement process improvement methodologies/frameworks to identify waste, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance productivity. Implement automation tools and technologies to streamline repetitive tasks, reduce manual intervention, and improve accuracy and speed. Supervise the work of Accountants and Auditors. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration; 24 months of work experience as Financial Analyst/Associate, or related; 24 months of experience in strategic financial planning and compliance; 24 months of experience in designing finance processes and internal control with specific frameworks.
