Summary The National General Affairs Analyst is responsible for facilitating the smooth transition of expatriates to the United States, providing ongoing support from onboarding to addressing day-to-day inquiries. This role also manages the administration of Hyundai Motor America (HMA) lease vehicles for employees, including handling associated invoicing. Additionally, it supports K-SOX compliance through accurate purchase request reviews and invoice spot checks, reporting non-compliances monthly. Responsibilities Support executive coordinators (ECs) from Hyundai Glovis HQ

Prepare onboarding materials before ECs arrival to Glovis America and assist with conducting onboarding orientation for new arriving expats Support ECs with administrative tasks on housing, opening bank accounts, driver's license, cellphones, lease vehicles,and more for smooth transition to Glovis America Make travel arrangements for visitors from Glovis Headquarters Manage corporate golf club account and monthly reconciliation Follow up with executive business gift log and manage inventory Submit PRs and process invoices Process reimbursements Arrange monthly rent payments for housing HMA Lease Program Support HMA lease program for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place Follow up with vehicle orders and respond to emails from each HMA representative Submit vehicle maintenance invoices & receipts for reimbursement Handle HMA invoices Assist with inquiries on HMA lease programs K-SOX Compliance Review Purchase Request submission for accuracy Review processed invoices for compliance Report monthly reports on non-compliances for each location

Portal Management Approve Travel Requests, update approval matrix for users, respond to inquiries on travel arrangements Travel arrangements as requested Other duties as assigned Compensation 3 - 6 months ; $23.00 - $25.00 Per Hour (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection) Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of general office practices and procedures, including filing systems, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies Required Familiarity with common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Required Knowledge of customer service protocols and best practices for effective communication with both internal and external clients Required Strong ability to organize and maintain systems for documents, schedules, and office operationsRequired Ability to review documents, forms, and correspondence for accuracy and consistency Required Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external parties Preferred Education & Experience Associate's DegreeRequired Bachelor's Degree Preferred 1 - 2 Years of work experience in General Affairs or Business Management or Administrative Experience Required 2 - 5 Years of work experience in General Affairs or Business Management or Administrative Experience Preferred Physical Requirements Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing Lift up to 25 lbs.
