Summary The National General Affairs Analyst is responsible for purchasing and invoice processing across multiple offices, providing ongoing support from on-boarding to addressing day-to-day inquiries. This role also manages the administration of Hyundai Motor America (HMA) lease vehicles for employees, including handling associated invoicing. Additionally, it supports K-SOX compliance through accurate purchase request reviews and invoice spot checks, reporting non-compliances monthly. Responsibilities Purchasing
Support multiple offices Review POs for accuracy, obtain quotes, and check multiple sources for the best price options Invoice Processing: Process invoices in a timely and accurate manner Perform weekly credit card reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner Assist in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and other facility-related tasks. Support the implementation of facility upgrades and renovations as needed HMA Lease Program Support HMA lease program for employees, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place Follow up with vehicle orders and respond to emails from each HMA representative Submit vehicle maintenance invoices & receipts for reimbursement Handle HMA invoices Assist with inquiries on HMA lease programs Portal Management On boarding/ Off boarding profiles Approve Travel Requests, update approval matrix for users, respond to inquiries on travel arrangements K-SOX Compliance Review Purchase Request submission for accuracy Review processed invoices for compliance Report monthly reports on non-compliances for each location Circle O Plan Generate certificates upon requests
