Position Overview: The Relationship Banker delivers exceptional banking experiences that foster lasting customer relationships. This role offers a full range of products and services, ensuring customers benefit from Broadway Bank's capabilities. Essential Functions: Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Offer prompt, courteous service; resolve client concerns directly or through referrals. Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build trust. Maintain expertise in all Broadway deposit and loan products to advise customers effectively. Meet sales goals by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. Build relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding. Use CRM to capture client information, record activities, and identify sales opportunities. Collaborate with other Broadway bankers and partners to meet customer needs. Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and maintain confidentiality. Support retail objectives; meet regularly with the Financial Center Manager to review goals. Perform other duties as assigned, complying with laws and policies. This position may require travel within the bank's area. Experience & Education: Retail or consultative sales experience. Proven success in sales and service, meeting sales goals. Experience with personal computers, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. Four-year degree or equivalent experience in retail sales and service preferred. Skills & Qualifications: Commitment to self-development. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency with CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Other Requirements: Meet financial responsibility, character, and fitness standards per Regulation Z. Sitting, standing, and walking during work.
