Senior HUMINT Analyst
to support the
U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM)

Responsibilities: Conduct Collection Operations Management (COM) and intelligence analysis to support CI/HUMINT operations, providing detailed analysis to support current and future operations. Assess collection posture and identify gaps. Prepare Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, and coordinate activities. Review HUMINT Operating Directives and Programs. Develop HUMINT efforts using established analytical methodologies and collection strategies. Perform operational analysis, quality control, and quality assurance of intelligence reports and raw intelligence. Proficiency in Microsoft 365. Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD). Perform other duties as needed. Willingness to undergo and pass a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI). Required qualifications/skills: Master’s degree minimum. Certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals or Certified Defense. All-Source Analysis Levels 1 and 2 (CDASA-1, CDASA-2); or Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMPF); or Intelligence Planner Certification. US Government all-source MOS or equivalent analytical certification course or program. Human Intelligence Training – Joint Center of Excellence (HT-JCOE) or DIA Targeting Officer Course or equivalent. 12 years in intelligence analysis, management, or leadership. 8 years as a HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military or IC role.
