Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries regarding software issues, providing excellent customer service Prioritize, analyze, and manage multiple inquiries from a diverse group of clients Enhance product knowledge by reviewing new functionality and testing issues Advocate for the client and ensure the software meets their business requirements Create or improve documentation throughout the support process Expand technological skills and knowledge of Tyler products Qualifications

College degree or comparable work experience Knowledge of court procedures and policies is a plus Proficiency with computers and online applications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Effective analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Note: Tyler requires candidates to pass a federal background check due to regulations and client requirements.
