Overview

Direct Drive Logistics (DDL) is seeking a proactive, technically skilled Business Systems Integration Analyst to support and evolve the systems that power our logistics and brokerage operations. This role blends Salesforce platform ownership (Revenova TMS) with broader systems integration, project support, and light internal tech troubleshooting. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations to connect systems, improve workflows, and bring tech-forward thinking to how we scale. The ideal candidate has a background in systems administration, Salesforce, and integrations—and is eager to have a big impact on a growing company. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with third-party Salesforce developers to manage and customize the Revenova TMS platform, including custom objects, workflows, automations, and integrations. Recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, data integrity, and scalability. Support Salesforce-based initiatives including collections automation, customer portal creation, and credit card integrations. Systems Integration & Optimization

Build and maintain integrations across platforms including Sage (accounting), DAT (load booking), Microsoft 365, and payment processors. Identify and implement improvements in data flow, automation, and process efficiency across systems. Project Support & Execution

Help drive business technology projects across operations, accounting, and brokerage teams. Translate business needs into functional requirements, and manage deliverables with internal and external partners. Maintain internal documentation and train users on new processes or features. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination

Act as the internal point person for our Salesforce developer and outsourced IT providers. Coordinate across vendors to ensure smooth execution of integrations, system rollouts, and platform support. Light Technical Support

Provide first-level assistance to employees for basic IT needs such as account access, OneDrive issues, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting. Escalate more complex networking or system-wide issues to our external IT support firm. Help document and standardize internal IT procedures for better self-service and efficiency. Strategic Input & Continuous Improvement

Serve as a tech-savvy problem-solver who proposes better ways to work with our tools and systems. Participate in strategic conversations about scaling and evolving our platform stack. Bring a hands-on, consultative mindset to how we use tech in day-to-day operations. Who You Are

3–6 years in a systems analyst, Salesforce admin, or business systems role—ideally in a logistics, brokerage, or operations-heavy company. Strong experience with Salesforce (admin-level or better) and comfort working with external developers. Familiarity with software integration best practices, especially across SaaS tools and APIs. Skilled in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Able to juggle both technical details and big-picture thinking. Comfortable supporting colleagues, documenting processes, and helping improve the daily tech experience. Nice to Have

Experience with Sage or similar accounting systems Logistics, transportation, or brokerage industry background Experience with tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or middleware platforms Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, including: SharePoint & OneDrive setup and management; Teams configuration and channel governance; User access & permission structures; Basic networking and endpoint security principles; Managing third-party IT/vendor escalations Why This Role Is Unique
