Cash Applications Specialist

to join a growing professional services firm in Center City. This is a fully onsite role with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance.

Professional Services Key Responsibilities:

Apply incoming payments to customer accounts accurately and timely Reconcile daily cash receipts and resolve unapplied cash issues Research and resolve payment discrepancies Communicate with internal departments and clients regarding payment issues Maintain accurate records of all transactions Assist with month-end close and reporting as needed Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or general accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
