Department Support Specialist Responsibilities

Manage and resolve cases in Salesforce, particularly those related to billing and operational concerns. Serve as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and occasionally utility providers. Handle escalations from Tier 1 support. Work Style & Schedule

Hybrid work arrangement with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, and one in-office collaboration day every Wednesday. Workspace Requirements

Dedicated home office setup: quiet, distraction-free, with dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, headphones, and reliable internet. Ideal Candidate Profile

Proactive, upbeat self-starter who can work independently, is detail-oriented, manages time well, and can prioritize tasks effectively. Skills & Experience

Strong foundation in customer service with solid written and verbal communication. Comfortable resolving issues and using basic Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Familiarity with order-to-cash systems, Salesforce, and the energy sector is a plus but not required. Qualifications

No formal degree or minimum years of experience required—focus on ability to deliver results and support customers with confidence and clarity. Apply & Referral

Pay Range:

$25.00 - $27.58 per hour Pay range offered will be based on several factors including education, work experience, location, duties, and certifications. Benefits:
