Overview
Executive Personal Assistant & Household Manager (Full-Time, Based in Dallas, Texas) Our family is seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and discreet Household Manager & Executive Personal Assistant to oversee household operations and personal support with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional attention to detail. This leadership role supports a dynamic household, including managing schedules, vendors, travel logistics, and daily needs to ensure seamless operations year-round. We are looking for someone who brings both executive polish and a hands-on, service-driven mindset to managing our family life with efficiency, confidentiality, and care. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex family calendars, including school, travel, events, and appointments Coordinate and drive children to and from school, activities, and appointments Oversee and manage household vendors (housekeeping, landscaping, pool maintenance, etc.) Coordinate weekly grocery shopping and maintain household inventory systems Oversee light household organization and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment Handle routine errands such as returns, prescriptions, and local procurement Manage monthly preparation and coordination of international travel documents for a trained working service dog (process already established; training provided) Provide responsible daily oversight of the service dog, including vet visits and travel support Assist with basic meal planning and light meal prep when needed Coordinate household maintenance, repairs, and project scheduling Maintain discretion and professionalism in all aspects of the role Schedule Expectations
50–60 hours per week during the school year (in-person support) Four weeks paid vacation during the summer Remote, flexible support during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter holidays Annual salary paid 52 weeks per year, regardless of travel schedule Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting a private family, executive household, or similar high-touch environment Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; confident driver in city environments Comfortable working around large, trained service dogs Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills Discretion, sound judgment, and strict confidentiality are critical Legal authorization to work in the United States Successful completion of a background check Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing household vendors and maintenance projects Previous experience supporting private travel logistics Familiarity with household management platforms or digital calendars Compensation
