We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Philadelphia team and play a key role in delivering individualized, meaningful ABA services to children with autism. What You'll Do

As a BCBA at Flywheel, you'll bring compassion, clinical expertise, and leadership to every client interaction. Your responsibilities will include: Leading client assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual needs

Delivering direct clinical supervision and parent training

Supporting RBTs and supervisees to deliver high-quality care

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated, comprehensive services

Participating in ongoing training and professional development events

Maintaining ethical standards and documentation requirements in alignment with Flywheel policies and insurance regulations

Reporting to and receiving support from the Regional Clinical Director

Supporting fieldwork supervision for BCBA candidates, when needed

Who You Are

We're seeking a BCBA who brings heart, flexibility, and a strong clinical foundation. Required: Current

BCBA Certification

Active

Pennsylvania License

Experience delivering ABA services to children with autism

A collaborative spirit and adaptable approach to care
