Must be willing to travel in the Philadelphia area Sessions available Weekdays, Nights and Weekends. Responsibilities as a BCBA: Conduct initial evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing reviews for new and existing clients to ensure appropriate service authorization and progress. Collaborate with the ABA team (RBTs/BHTs, Team Coordinator, and ABA Clinical Director) to deliver effective, client-centered behavioral services. Oversee quality assurance and compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. Provide clinical support and supervision to RBTs, BHTs, and Behavior Analysts to maintain best practices and ethical care. Engage families and community partners, promoting collaboration, consistency, and advocacy for individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities. Job Requirements for BCBA: BCBA certification and Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) required. Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field. 2–3 years of clinical experience designing and implementing ABA-based interventions. Strong understanding of state regulations, supervision, documentation, and compliance. Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; experience with ASD and developmental disabilities preferred.
