What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain COBOL and JCL programs in a mainframe environment.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct peer code reviews, perform root cause analysis, and resolve integration issues.
Prepare project updates and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in team meetings.
What You Bring Required:
High school diploma or GED.
10+ years of experience with mainframe applications.
Strong skills in COBOL, JCL, testing, debugging, version control, and documentation.
Preferred:
Experience with root cause analysis, technical writing, stakeholder collaboration, and project tracking.
