Key Responsibilities
Support lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities. Assist in supervising and engaging students during classroom activities and outdoor play. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by modeling appropriate behavior. Collaborate with teachers and staff to assess and monitor student progress. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Qualifications & Skills
Passion for working with young children and understanding their developmental needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in early childhood education preferred but not required.
