We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Full‑time Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a nurturing classroom environment, and supporting the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children aged 3‑5 years. This role requires a passionate educator who can bring creativity, patience, and a love for early childhood education to our preschool community. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement age‑appropriate, engaging curriculum that aligns with state early learning standards and our preschool's educational philosophy Create a warm, welcoming, and safe classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration Plan and conduct daily activities, including circle time, storytelling, arts and crafts, music and movement, and outdoor play Observe and assess children's development, maintaining detailed records of their progress Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, concerns, and achievements Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom, adhering to all health and safety regulations Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Supervise and guide teacher assistants and volunteers in the classroom Prepare materials and set up activities for each day's lessons Manage classroom behavior and implement positive discipline techniques Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of all students Encourage independence and self‑help skills in children Foster social‑emotional development and promote positive peer interactions Incorporate play‑based learning experiences into daily activities Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience working with preschool‑aged children in a structured setting Strong understanding of child development theories and early childhood education best practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children Ability to create and maintain a warm, nurturing classroom environment Proficiency in classroom management techniques and positive discipline strategies Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations and children's needs
