TalentoHC is partnered with a growing PE-backed global travel organization seeking a HRIS Manager to join their People Team. The HRIS Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, configuration, and development of the organization’s HR systems, primarily Workday. Acting as the system owner, this role ensures data accuracy, manages system upgrades, and drives process improvements across HR functions. The manager works closely with HR and IT teams while serving as the primary point of contact for all HR system needs. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all HR systems (Workday) supporting 500+ employees. Oversee system administration, configuration, and maintenance. Lead HR system projects including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. Act as liaison between HR and IT on system-related initiatives. Develop training plans, facilitate system launches, and support adoption. Build reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR metrics. Identify opportunities to innovate and streamline workflows. Stay up to date on Workday enhancements and industry best practices. Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of HRIS/HR experience, with 3+ years in Workday HCM (Payroll, Recruitment, Absence & Benefits). Workday certification strongly preferred. Experience in system configuration, implementation, and project management. Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative approach.
