FINANCIAL ANALYST
We are partnering with a dynamic and rapidly growing private equity-backed service company based in Atlanta in its search for a
Financial Analyst . Fueled by a strong acquisition strategy and consistent organic growth, the company is scaling its operations and expanding its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team to support its next phase of growth. Position Overview
As a
Financial Analyst , you will play a critical role in the company’s financial planning and analysis activities. Reporting directly to the CFO and partnering closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making, support M&A activity, and enable scalable growth across the organization. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Lead forecasting and budgeting processes across the business units Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and M&A activity Manage cash flow analysis and scenario planning Design and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboard reporting Identify cost savings opportunities and drive process improvements Support due diligence, integration, and financial modeling for acquisitions Conduct ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by executive leadership Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred 2–3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role Prior experience in a private equity-backed company is strongly preferred Experience in a multi-site / multi-unit business environment Advanced to expert-level proficiency in Excel financial modeling Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools is preferred Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated history of career progression and job stability Additional Information

Hybrid (mix of in-office collaboration and remote work) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
