Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. The Opportunity: Revolution Medicines is seeking a motivated individual with an accounting background to play a critical role as an Accounting Manager within the finance department. This position will be integral to accounting operations and will support the monthly and quarterly accounting close. This role is an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities

Preparation of timely and accurate journal entries for month-end and quarter-end close, ensuring appropriate supporting documentation. Entries include but are not limited to R&D accruals, stock compensation, investment, and depreciation. Management of quarterly account reconciliations and roll forwards to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of operating expenses. Assistance in the preparation of 10-K and 10-Q filings. Assistance in the preparation of various financial analyses, including flux analysis. Understanding internal controls and SOX implications when implementing financial processes. Coordination and assistance with external audit. Performing ad-hoc projects as assigned. Participation in process improvements, financial system enhancements and special projects as needed. Qualifications

Required Skills, Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 6+ years of progressive experience in accounting, including a mix of public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and industry experience in a high-growth public company environment. Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance. Demonstrated experience leading financial system/process implementations (e.g., NetSuite, Coupa). Exceptional organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating across departments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a history of influencing cross-functional stakeholders. The base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 to $160,000 for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the salary for an individual working onsite in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based in. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
