The hiring range for this position is

$36.50 - $44.50 p/hour . This is the pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. What you'll be doing: Support call-out vibration analysis, alignment, and balancing as required. Analyze and report findings without the assistance of other analysts. Support PdM program data analysis and reporting using required tools. Support phone and on-site meetings regarding any troubleshooting or acceptance testing. Interact with customers to promote service contracts and assist with problem resolution. Interact with customers, factory, and other Caltrol teams to develop process improvement and increased customer satisfaction. What we're looking for: Expert knowledge of driving and driven components common to all processes in all industries. Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Industrial Mechanical field. Minimum 4 years of component balancing and laser alignment. Minimum 4 years of Vibration Analysis. Minimum 2 years of expert analysis. Proficient in in-depth analysis and reporting on all tested equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Acrobat. Must be able to work from home with high-speed internet service. Strong Customer Service skills and verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and a self-starter. Must be able to work overtime when needed. A typical work week will be M-F, 8 to 10 hrs. Overtime may occasionally occur. Will primarily work from a home office; Caltrol will provide necessary equipment. Will occasionally visit customer sites with varying environments. Travel:

Will regularly visit customer sites within home location 75% of time and travel within larger Caltrol Territory 25% of time. Physical Demands:

Physical abilities to include climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and lifting devices. Must be able to lift 30 lbs. Why you'll love working for Caltrol:
