This role will also contribute to financial operations at the parent company level. $95,000–$105,000 Bonus:
10% annual performance-based bonus Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support month-end close processes Perform financial reviews, bank reconciliations, and assist with FP&A functions Manage tax-related activities in partnership with external consultants, including year-end filings and audit submissions Maintain and track inventory, raw materials, and work-in-progress (WIP) Ensure accurate reporting and compliance across financial operations Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting and reporting tasks Qualifications:
5–7 years of progressive accounting experience Strong background in tax preparation and compliance Hands-on experience with WIP accounting, inventory tracking, and raw material management Proficiency in QuickBooks and general ledger systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Benefits Summary:
