Vaco is currently hiring a
Corporate Accounting Manager
for our client in Beloit, WI. Key Responsibilities: Lead the accounting team in preparing support schedules, system entries, and consolidated financial reports. Manage the financial close process, including review of consolidated financial data and oversight of reconciliation and documentation. Coordinate key consolidation workflows, including intercompany eliminations and statement of cash flows. Drive process enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing close timelines. Quarterly & Annual Reporting and Disclosures Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, accompanying disclosures, and compliance documents. Serve as a primary liaison with internal and external auditors during periodic reviews and audits. Specialized Accounting & Operational Support Manage key accounting areas including incentive compensation plans, lease accounting, insurance programs, payroll-related accounting, debt tracking, intangible assets, property, and software-related accounting. Provide analytical support and participate in ad-hoc financial projects as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting Experience with financial statement preparation and reporting Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP) Ability to effectively communicate accounting issues with various departments Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills) Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting.
