We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to provide administrative support across multiple HR functions, ideal for candidates looking to grow their HR career. The role involves supporting onboarding, managing HR systems, assisting with recruitment, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives. Day-to-Day Focus:

Administrative HR support, data management, collaborative team tasks, and support for recruitment and employee engagement workflows. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining personnel files and supporting onboarding processes Processing HR administrative tasks, including data management, reporting, and Workday entries Supporting employee engagement initiatives and team events, both onsite and virtual Assisting with recruitment support, including scheduling interviews, tracking requisitions, and supporting candidate processing in ATS (iCIMS or similar) Preparing offer letters, monitoring background checks and drug screenings, and coordinating COBRA reimbursements as applicable Providing administrative support for New Hire Orientation sessions Responding to employee inquiries related to benefits, policies, or HR processes; managing the shared HR inbox Supporting FMLA and leave-of-absence coordination with HR Generalists Generating and validating standard and ad hoc HR reports Assisting in communicating HR policies and information through internal channels Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring compliance with employment laws Must Haves: Administrative or clerical experience, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR (entry- to mid-level candidates) Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems Strong organizational and data management skills Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset Nice to Haves: Academic background in HR (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) Previous experience supporting HR Generalists or similar HR teams Event coordination or employee engagement experience Familiarity with ATS systems like iCIMS Soft Skills: Cultural fit with a collaborative, team-oriented environment Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR career Seniority level
