Senior Analyst - Recruiting, Staffing and Solutions | Connecting Exceptional Talent with Great Opportunities | Workday HCM & Recruiting Enthusiast
Location: Local to MO. W2 only. Hybrid role - 1 day/week.
The HR Coordinator contract position will be in person at our Corporate Offices in St. Louis MO, with the option to work a hybrid schedule. The person in this role must be willing and able to work in local offices 1-2x a week and occasionally more as needed.
Responsibilities
Provide HR administrative support related to personnel record maintenance, files, system data entry, and onboarding functions for new employees.
Process forms, complete required documentation, and handle various data entry tasks.
Support Talent Acquisition by working with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and the Workforce Services team to support the recruitment and hiring process.
Host onsite events/activities and engagement celebrations as needed.
Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities with initiative, results orientation, and flexibility.
Facilitate a smooth recruitment process in partnership with Talent Acquisition and the HR team.
Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for video and onsite interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
Develop expertise in iCIMS ATS, track job requisitions, process candidates, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Create offer letters accurately and efficiently.
Initiate background checks and drug screening processes for new hires, with updates per established procedures.
Process new hire COBRA reimbursements.
Manage HR tasks for new hires, including email communications, Workday hiring, new hire paperwork, and coordination of New Hire Orientation.
Create, update, and maintain personnel records and HR files; safeguard highly confidential information.
Provide benefits and policy information support to all employees; monitor the Workforce Services mailbox and respond accordingly.
Support HR Generalists with FMLA case coordination and leave-of-absence requests following standard procedures.
Generate and validate standard and ad hoc weekly/monthly reports for organizational needs and compliance.
Assist with communicating HR policies and procedures through publications, communications, and meetings.
Assist with onsite or virtual event coordination and HR program maintenance.
Order floral arrangements for employee events.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and leadership.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Ability to work with cross-functional HR teams and independently.
Ability to understand and interpret benefits and policy topics.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
Professional demeanor with an understanding of corporate culture and protocol.
Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.

Qualifications
Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
1+ years of HR and/or Talent Acquisition coordination experience or higher.
Experience with office administration, data entry, and HR systems proficiency.
Strong customer service mindset for internal and external customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Outlook and intermediate Excel/PowerPoint skills.
Committed to incorporating security into daily responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with HRIS systems, Workday and Dayforce.
Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems.
Experience with interview scheduling and calendar coordination.
Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports and analysis.

Compensation and Location Details
Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $24.00/hr
