Must-Have Qualifications: Experience in Customer Service environment, preferably with internal employees Experience with benefits processes Proficiency in case management systems Comfortability with Microsoft products (Teams, Excel, PPT) Strong written and verbal communication skills Plusses: Call center experience Familiarity with HRSS policies and procedures Process improvement skills Workday experience Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Insight Global is looking for 6 benefits call center representatives to join our large Casino operator client’s team on site in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities will include utilizing the case management system to respond to benefits cases accurately and within SLA, communicating with employees via phone, email, letter, and chat to resolve benefits-related issues, and collaborating with HR and external vendors. Representatives will support benefits processes such as open enrollment, new hire/termination processing, and life events, and approve pending benefits administration events in Workday. They will review employee documents for compliance with company policies, work in a call center environment handling calls from 8-5, review and process tuition reimbursement requests, resolve escalated benefits cases, and recommend process improvements. Maintaining employee confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations is essential. Additional duties include resolving disputes and overseeing compliance and health and welfare plan administration.
