Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM)
with
high-volume recruiting
within the industrial space (manufacturing, logistics, and transportation). Experience running a full desk and/or handling

As the
Talent Acquisition Manager , you will
own both recruiting and sales functions , partnering with our Business Development team to develop client relationships, generate revenue, and build a strong talent pipeline. Starting with one recruiter and two talent sourcers to manage, you’ll have the chance to directly influence our growth. What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth & Business Development:
Own a full-desk role , actively sourcing candidates while
developing and managing client accounts . Partner with sales to meet
client needs
with high-quality talent delivery and exceptional service. Lead & Build High-Performing Teams:
Start by managing one recruiter and
develop a roadmap for team expansion . Mentor, train, and develop recruiters
to ensure top-tier performance and revenue generation. Foster a
high-energy, sales-driven culture
focused on results and collaboration. Ensure Compliance & Client Satisfaction:
Oversee all compliance, including
DOT requirements, background checks, and client-specific hiring processes . Deliver a
seamless Talent Onboarding experience
for both candidates and clients. Regularly meet with clients
to ensure satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships. Monitor Performance & Achieve Financial Goals:
Analyze KPIs,
track revenue targets , and implement strategies to drive
client and candidate retention . Continuously improve processes to
maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction . What We’re Looking For
Leadership & Staffing Expertise:
2+ years of leadership experience
in the staffing industry,
preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or transportation . 4+ years of high-volume recruiting ideally with direct hire experience . Proven ability to
manage client relationships and close deals
while building a high-performing recruiting team. Skilled in
relationship management and consultative sales . Experience with
KPI analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking
to meet financial goals. Strategic thinker with a passion for
scaling operations and driving profitability . What We Offer
