Execute end-to-end payroll processing for weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly pay cycles for domestic and overseas employees Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll and reporting systems, including Deltek Costpoint and ADP Workforce Now Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international payroll tax regulations and conduct general ledger reconciliations Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to audit payroll data and create custom reports for management Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and implement best practices in payroll processing What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in payroll administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity In-depth experience and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint, particularly in labor, leave, projects, and reporting modules Proven experience processing payroll using ADP Workforce Now Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation and analysis Solid understanding of US payroll tax laws and knowledge of international payroll considerations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
