The Billing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing the company's invoicing process. Base pay range

Prepare, generate, and distribute client invoices Review billing data for accuracy and compliance Manage various billing requirements, including Process adjustments, write-offs, and credits in the accounting system with proper authorization Monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt payment Post and reconcile customer payments accurately into the billing software Investigate and resolve complex billing issues quickly and professionally Maintain accurate client billing files and documentation Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing Generate and analyze various billing reports Ensure all billing practices adhere to legal regulations and accounting standards Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is often preferred Experience: 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or general accounting, preferably in an industry with complex invoicing Basic understanding of accounting concepts Detail oriented Excels in a role where there are methodical, repetitive components to the position Excel skills - pivot tables, v-look up experience required Prior experience with Salesforce would be great Must be motivated to learn & have an aptitude for retaining information/processes Seniority level
