Process and file necessary permits for job completion Assist with collecting job information in relation to job set-up procedure Scan, review, and upload job documentation to SharePoint or other project management software Compile, review, and complete client packages/submissions of job reports or data Collect, compile and analyze data or information as required by managers Review operating practices and procedures to determine improvements Assist operations with inventory, shipping and receiving Review and manage field hours in time entry system Assist in recruiting and new hire tasks Follow all company policy and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by management Provide clerical support for field staff Receptionist duties as required or assigned Learn and manage Operator Qualifications (OQ) systems and assist operations with ensuring technicians are qualified to perform work or schedule training for employees Ability to multi-task and act with a sense of urgency Communicate effectively verbally and in writing; proficient with office equipment (multi-line phone, email) Learn and work within various software (Dovico, Monday.com, etc.) Qualifications
1-3 years in administrative role or equivalent High School diploma or equivalent Knowledge of computer software (MS Office suite) Self starter, reliable, detail oriented, openness to learning new skills Desirable
Construction and/or Oil and gas industry experience preferred Physical Demands
Lifting up to 10 lbs Sedentary work with long periods of sitting and standing Computer-related activities such as typing and viewing a monitor About Us
