Talent Acquisition is a key part of VTS’s success, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us fill critical roles across our business. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, source and engage top talent, and guide candidates through a best-in-class hiring experience. You’ll bring a thoughtful approach to recruiting strategies that balance immediate hiring needs with long-term growth, while acting as a trusted advisor to the business. This opportunity is located in New York, NY, and requires the hire to work from our office four days a week.
Here’s what you can expect as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
Work amongst a talented team of People professionals who are making a big impact at VTS
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across all teams and locations (US, UK, Canada) from sourcing and screening to closing candidates
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship management
Act as a consultant and partner to business leaders on hiring strategies and sourcing initiatives to hire quality talent
Help drive VTS’s employer brand through participation in recruiting events and other employment branding activities
Work with a high-performing team and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Deliver an excellent candidate experience that reflects VTS’s values and culture
Advise hiring teams on interview best practices, candidate evaluation, and decision-making
Track, analyze, and report on recruiting metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
Contribute to the evolution of recruiting processes, tools, and employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
To thrive in this role you should have:
Proven experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably in a tech company, with full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions and levels
Open to agency recruitment experience, preferably running a 360 desk
Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiting platforms and tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)
Creativity in recruitment; comfortable using non-traditional methods and strong passive candidate sourcing
Focus on candidate and hiring manager experience, including timely follow-through and feedback
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, able to manage multiple searches simultaneously, and proactive in solving challenges
Experience working with global teams and collaborating across multiple locations
Process-driven mindset with experience implementing and optimizing recruiting processes

Pay Transparency
At VTS, we provide clear and transparent compensation information. The base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 and is based on market data, skills, experience, interview quality, leveling, and geography.
