Job Description: Talent Acquisition Lead Reports to: Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Culture FLSA: Exempt Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Lead drives Entrusted’s recruiting strategy and oversees the full-cycle hiring process to ensure the attraction and selection of high-quality talent. This role manages the Talent Acquisition Coordinators, partners with leaders across branches and EHQ, and develops scalable recruiting practices to support Entrusted’s growth. The Lead is accountable for building talent pipelines, strengthening employer branding, and ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. They serve as both hands-on recruiters and leaders, balancing strategic initiatives with day-to-day recruiting operations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Recruiting Strategy & Workforce Planning Partner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and design recruiting strategies. Build proactive pipelines for high-volume and leadership roles. Establish sourcing methods beyond referrals (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, career fairs, community partnerships). Candidate Experience & Branding Ensure candidates have a professional, values-driven experience. Strengthen Entrusted’s employer brand through creative campaigns and community presence. Deliver timely and clear communication throughout the hiring process. Train and coach managers on effective interviewing (WHO method). Provide regular updates on requisitions, pipelines, and market insights. Partner with managers to clarify role requirements and define success profiles. Supervise and develop Talent Acquisition Coordinators. Provide guidance, feedback, and accountability to ensure high-quality recruiting support. Serve as point of escalation for candidate or process issues. Track and report on KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, candidate satisfaction, and source effectiveness. Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to increase efficiency. Maintain ATS data accuracy and integrity. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across branches and EHQ. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for high-volume and leadership roles. Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to manage scheduling, candidate flow, and documentation. Candidate Experience & Branding Ensure a professional, values-driven experience for all candidates. Create job postings and recruitment marketing materials that reflect Entrusted’s culture. Build Entrusted’s presence in the community through career fairs and networking events. Train and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing (WHO method). Partner with leaders to define role requirements and success profiles. Provide regular recruiting updates and market insights to HR leadership and hiring managers. Supervise and develop the Recruiting Coordinator. Provide coaching, feedback, and accountability to ensure recruiting excellence. Serve as a point of escalation for the recruiting process or candidate issues. Track and report recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with employment laws. Additional Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with external recruiting partners. Maintain confidentiality of all candidate and team member information. Be proficient in company policies and comply with the Team Member Handbook. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge Full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies. Employment laws and compliance in recruitment. Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics. Employer branding and recruitment marketing practices. Skills Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong sourcing and interviewing skills (WHO process preferred). Organization, time management, and prioritization. Analytical skills for reporting and process evaluation. Abilities Partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week. Professional, fast-paced environment at EHQ, with occasional branch travel. Physical Demands

Regularly talks, hears, and uses hands to operate standard office equipment. Occasionally stands, walks, or reaches with arms. Sits and focuses for extended periods. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Experience with high-volume recruiting and multi-location hiring preferred. HR or recruiting certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) a plus.
