Our client is a global alternative investment firm employing a multi-manager model allocating capital across a broad array of independent teams with diverse strategies. Responsibilities
Process bi-monthly US and Puerto Rico payroll Coordinate with HR, benefits, and compensation in the collection and transmittal of key data to produce payroll Prepare audit reports and reconciliations to support the validation and finalization of payroll Work with the third-party vendor in the production of bi-monthly Canada payroll Prepare vendor data input forms, validate gross to net reports, and prepare audits and reconciliations Prepare integrations to/from third parties and reconcile to ensure accurate and timely transmission of data Process off-cycle termination and final payments as needed in compliance with state regulations Support new hire onboarding payroll tasks including auditing employee state/local set-up and answering employee inquiries Respond to employee inquiries for payroll related issues Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting required 5-8 years of payroll experience with experience processing multi-state payroll Experience using Workday Technical knowledge of state and federal tax regulations Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel High sense of urgency and ability to maintain confidentiality Salary
