Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent & People Coordinator to provide comprehensive & strategic support to our Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
Interview Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, managing complex calendars across multiple interviewers and time zones Travel Administration : Book and manage all aspects of candidate travel including flights, hotels, and transportation arrangements Materials Preparation : Prepare and organize interview packets, candidate resumes, evaluation forms, and other interview materials Data Entry & Tracking : Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure updated candidate status throughout the hiring process Communication Coordination : Send confirmation emails, interview details, and follow-up communications to candidates and hiring teams Process Improvement : Coordinate candidate experience improvements and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
People Operations Administrative Support
Onboarding Administration : Coordinate new hire paperwork, collect required documents, and manage onboarding checklists and timelines File Management : Maintain organized employee files ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements Benefits Administration Support : Assist employees with benefits enrollment paperwork and coordinate with benefits providers Meeting Support : Schedule meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and distribute meeting summaries for HR team meetings Vendor Coordination : Manage communications with background check companies, drug testing facilities, and other HR vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of People Operations or Recruiting experience HRCI or SHRM certification; any level Experience with scheduling software, travel booking, and basic database management Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR information systems Experience with travel booking platforms Solid understanding of HR processes and terminology Exceptional accuracy when handling data entry, scheduling, and document preparation Preferred: Experience in a fast-growing/scaling environment Seniority level
