Talent Services / HR Coordinator
to join its Los Angeles office. This role supports the HR function with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $82,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment efforts: job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Manage onboarding and orientation, including paperwork, background checks, and new hire support. Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and routine HR inquiries. Maintain HRIS data, personnel files, I-9s, and E-Verify compliance. Support employee events, CLE programs, bar memberships, and performance review processes. Handle employment changes, separations, and timekeeping support. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred; HR certification a plus. 3-5 years of HR experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Experience with HRIS/ATS systems (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office. Work Schedule and Benefits
Monday through Friday, with a hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote (initial training 5 days onsite). Additional details about benefits will be provided during the hiring process. Additional Details
