$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance. Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees. Lead and present at monthly Town Hall meetings, requiring strong communication and public speaking skills to engage and inform large employee groups. Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Oversee performance management processes, including reviews, coaching, and corrective action. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain and update HR records, policies, and procedures. Partner with leadership to support company culture, retention, and organizational growth. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). SHRM certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred. 5+ years of HR Generalist experience with proven ability to handle all aspects of HR. Experience in a manufacturing environment with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of payroll administration and HRIS systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday. Seniority level
