Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual with a proven track record in sales to join our team for the US region. The candidate must be a “hunter” with a strong understanding of the sales process and cycle, capable of identifying customer needs and decision makers. The role involves consultative selling, creating differentiators, and enhancing the perceived value of our services. The candidate should consistently achieve revenue targets and be confident in succeeding in a sales environment, ideally with technical product marketing experience.
Role & Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Generate leads, prospect, and meet sales management goals to build an optimal sales pipeline.
Develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with VP & CXO level executives. Manage the entire sales process from initial communication, on-site presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, to deal closure. Serve as the main communication point with prospects and clients.
For the Los Angeles requirement, experience in the Aerospace domain is required.
For the other two requirements, experience in Medical Devices, Industrial Automation, or Security & Surveillance domains is necessary.
8-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of pure hunting experience selling at the Director and VP levels. Proven success in establishing relationships with VP and C-level executives is essential.
Experience in selling Product Engineering Services.
Experience working with offshore services companies in the high-tech domain and adaptability to work across global teams.
Strong technical skills with the ability to find solutions to business problems and engage customers through consultative selling.
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Ability to interface effectively at all organizational levels.
Education Background
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
MBA or an advanced degree in a related field is desirable.
