Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven

Business Development Manager

with a strong background in selling IT services and staff augmentation solutions. The role requires a passionate hunter mindset, the ability to understand IT technologies, and the confidence to build long‑term client relationships with

Fortune 2000 companies .

Key Responsibilities

Drive the

entire sales cycle —from identifying opportunities to contract closure. Hunt for new business prospects through networking, outreach, and partnerships. Build and nurture long‑term relationships with enterprise‑level clients. Present IT consulting, staff augmentation, and outsourcing solutions to prospective customers. Partner with recruiters to ensure timely candidate submissions. Work with various engagement models including

W2, 1099, and Corp‑to‑Corp . Prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

8–10+ years

of proven experience in IT services sales, preferably in

staff augmentation and offshore outsourcing . Strong knowledge of corporate IT environments and staffing processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills—both verbal and written. Highly motivated, goal‑oriented, and professional in client‑facing roles. Proficiency in

MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
