We’re looking for an Outbound Sales Representative to join our Inside Sales team!
As an
Outbound Sales Representative
for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will focus heavily on reaching out to prospective customer who have visited us and have registered for a chance to win windows at a recent event. In this role you’ll be expected to portray your confidence, outgoing attitude, and personality via phone.
Responsibilities
Setting appointments via outbound calls, making a minimum of 25 calls per hour. Meeting outbound call targets.
Taking control of outbound sweepstakes calling with very minimal inbound calling.
Meeting or exceeding appointment setting and quality of goals within system guidelines.
Speaking with all customers, prospects, and teammates with professionalism. Display active listening and empathy.
Data entry.
Partnering with Inside Sales Managers to address questions and escalated customer situations.
Other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member.
1 year experience in outbound phones sales.
Excellent communication and phone skills.
A positive attitude with the ability to multi-task.
Desire and ability to work in an incentive drive department.
Weekend availability.
