We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with a strong passion for building high-quality software solutions.
This role is part of a dynamic team focused on designing, developing, and implementing innovative digital products that enhance customer experiences.
he engineer will work within a Scrum team, contributing to design discussions, development, testing, and delivery of scalable features using modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in design discussions and analysis to build quality code that adheres to architectural standards.
Collaborate closely with Squad Leads, Scrum Masters, Analysts, QA professionals, Architects, and Developers to deliver impactful digital features.
Contribute to the development of both server-side and client-side components.
Engage in incident management and issue troubleshooting.
Provide guidance on best practices and help improve engineering, architectural, and coding standards.
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong critical thinking skills and a desire for continuous learning and growth. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in building scalable and maintainable software solutions. Proficiency in server-side technologies: Java, Spring, RESTful services, Apache Camel. Experience with incident management and troubleshooting in production environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in financial services or similar domains. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Ability to mentor and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
