Overview
Guest Services Agent PT - Embassy Suites-LAX South (HOT0BZVB). Location: Embassy Suites Los Angeles International Airport South, 1440 Imperial Avenue, El Segundo, CA 90245. Responsibilities
Greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and checking guests out of the hotel. Resolving guest challenges throughout their stay, upgrading guests as required, promoting hotel services and amenities, and upselling products to guests to support guest service and financial profitability. Completing the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system, confirming pertinent information (e.g., number of guests, room rate), assigning rooms based on guest needs, coding electronic keys, and providing welcome packets to guests. Ensuring charges and services are correctly accounted for on guest statements; assisting guests with check-out payments or charges; accepting and recording vouchers, credit, traveler\'s checks, and other forms of payment. Greeting customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; listening and understanding requests; providing accurate information (e.g., hours, VIP programs, events). Handling special requests from guests and directing them to appropriate team members for action. Answering telephone and email inquiries promptly; inputting messages, communicating content to guests, and retrieving mail, packages, and facsimiles as requested. Handling guest complaints by researching and resolving issues, remaining calm during emergencies or heavy activity, and planning steps using experienced judgment. Pay
Pay Range:
The starting hourly wage is $19.00 per hour and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. What are we looking for?
