Virtual Assistant – Lead Specialist & Call Coordinator | Part-Time | $5/hr
Location:
Remote – Work from Anywhere Pay:
$5 per hour (Bi-Weekly Payments) +
Commission Opportunities Schedule:
4 hours/day, 6 days/week ( Off Wednesdays ) Availability:

Clean with Tevin is looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to act as the first point of contact for incoming leads generated from marketing campaigns, signs, and property listings. You’ll also search for online property deals during call downtimes, ensuring smooth operations and continuous support.

Key Responsibilities Call Handling & Lead Management
Answer inbound calls from buyers and sellers
Follow structured call flow guidelines to collect essential details
Enter lead data into CRM immediately after each call
Transfer qualified or urgent leads to the appropriate team members
Send follow‑up texts or emails when necessary
Maintain accurate call records and help improve workflows
Online Research & Support
Search for potential off‑market property deals online
Assist with other administrative tasks when call volume is low
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus)
Confident & professional phone presence
Detail‑oriented with strong typing & data entry skills
Organized and dependable – A “what else can I help with?” attitude
Experience with CRMs, Google Workspace, Slack (preferred)
Background in customer service, lead generation, real estate, or virtual assistant roles is a bonus
Technical Requirements
High‑speed internet (Minimum 50 Mbps download & 25 Mbps upload)
Quiet, distraction‑free workspace
Quality headset & webcam for meetings
Wired Ethernet connection preferred for optimal VOIP & Zoom performance
